Felicia and her husband, Patrick, are the owners of Tri County Power Sweeping. Together, they maintain one of the largest commercial properties in the state of Georgia, with their own fleet of commercial vehicles and a staff of 6. Their 7-figure company has serviced over 50 commercial clients, including RPAI, Ackerman Properties and Saul Centers.
They started Tri County Power Sweeping in 1998, to test out the commercial street sweeping waters in the Atlanta area, and to mirror her father’s successful achievements with his commercial property maintenance company in South Florida. What started as a small venture soon ballooned into a life of its own. Tri County Power Sweeping soon started receiving so many requests for bids that they could barely maintain the calls or quotes. With the realization that they weren’t ready, they devised a plan to gauge what their services were worth and hit the ground running.
Eighteen years and many lessons later, they have learned that owning a business requires full commitment, patience and a thorough understanding of the industry you service.
Felicia received her BA in Philosophy from the University of Florida and her MA in Business Management from Shorter University. She and Patrick have three awesome sons, one of whom is off to Georgia Southern in the fall. Go Eagles!

Tanika Gray Valbrun is an award-winning Journalist and Patient Advocate with a passion for Women’s Health. After her personal struggles with uterine fibroids, Tanika, created The White Dress Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing awareness, funding and education about the uterine fibroid epidemic.
Through, The White Dress Project, Tanika has been instrumental in passing legislation declaring July as “Fibroids Awareness Month” in multiple states. She has also travelled domestically and internationally as a speaker, thought leader and patient advocate on uterine health.
In September 2017, under Tanika’s leadership, The White Dress Project Inc, partnered with The Fibroid Treatment Clinic, to bring awareness and education about uterine treatment options to women in South Africa. While in South Africa, Tanika participated in multiple media interviews and connected directly with the people of South Africa with events in Johannesburg and Cape Town.
In addition, working with national health advocates, doctors and Tony-award winning actress, Renee Elise Goldsberry, Tanika produced a stellar movie screening of the Oprah Winfrey produced and Emmy-nominated, The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks. Through this event she highlighted the life of a medical icon, Henrietta Lacks and brought together community members to share the importance of cervical cancer awareness.
Tanika currently works as a Content Producer for CNN where she has been awarded three coveted Peabody Awards for her contributions in journalism. Tanika’s duties include project management, national and international news gathering and working closely with CNN’s 1000 media affiliates. Demonstrating strong editorial and legal judgment by investigating, pitching and developing stories to serve all of CNN’s and HLN’s platforms. She is the recipient of Georgia Trend’s and Atlanta Business Chronicle’s "40 under 40" Awards.
Tanika earned a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications with a concentration in Broadcast Journalism from Florida International University and University of Maryland with a Certification in Radio and Television.
